The EasyDonate platform is wholly owned by Royal Bank of Canada and is provided to Gift Funds Canada – The Charitable Gift Funds Canada Foundation (CGFCF) as a third party service to allow interested donors to make online donations to the Charitable Gift Fund identified on this website.

1. Terms of Use

Gift Funds Canada makes available to you this website located at www.easydonate.com (the "Website") subject to your acceptance of and compliance with this ‘terms of use’ policy (the "Policy"). By accessing, browsing, and/or using this Website you are acknowledging that you have read and understood this Policy and that you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you cannot or do not agree with this Policy then do not access or use this Website. CGFCF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, revise, supplement, and modify this Policy as well as to impose new or additional terms and conditions to this Policy at any time without prior notice. 2. Gift Processing Practices

CGFCF is a registered charitable organization in Canada (BN#89671 3500 RR0001). This program is governed by terms and/or conditions approved by the CGFCF’s Board of Directors. By authorizing a charitable gift transaction on a credit card using this website, you acknowledge and direct CGFCF to add your contribution (net of any applicable expenses) to the Charitable Gift Fund identified on this site. You further acknowledge and understand that contributions made to CGFCF are irrevocable gifts that cannot be refunded for any reason. You also understand that you are entitled to a donation receipt (in Canadian dollars) for the full value of the contribution and that this donation receipt will be prepared immediately and forwarded to you by return email.

3. Privacy Considerations

By submitting personal information via this website, you agree that CGFCF may use the information (e.g., name, address, contact information, donation history) provided to process your donations; administer its charitable services; verify your identity and protect against fraud; to satisfy regulatory and other legal requirements. In providing its charitable services, you understand that CGFCF may have to share your personal information with other persons; where the other parties are CGFCF’s third party service providers, suppliers or agents who assist CGFCF in providing its services; where they are the founding donor(s) of the Charitable Gift Fund to which you are contributing and where you have not otherwise opted to remain anonymous in making your donation; and where it is required or permitted to do so by law.

If in any jurisdiction any part of this Policy is held, by a court of competent jurisdiction, to be invalid or unenforceable, such part of this Policy shall be restricted or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary with respect to that jurisdiction, and the remaining Policy shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. If such invalid or unenforceable provision may be modified to become valid and enforceable, such provision will be deemed to be modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the extent allowed by law.
