About Us & Mission
We are a not-for-profit chartiable foundation based in Toronto, Ontario. We raise funds to provide grants to families who are otehrwise unable to afford the cost of extra-curricular activites for tehir children.
We at F.A.S.T. believe that every child deseves to be well-rounded! Much of a child's growth and development happens outside of the clasroom. Unfortunately, many children do not have the opportunity to develop their talents and interests because their families cannot afford the cost of participation. We believe that introducing children to an activity in their area of interest can lead to increased self-esteem, stronger leadership skills and a brighter future!
How it Works
F.A.S.T. provides grants to families that meet our eligibility critera. Grant amounts are tailored to meet a family's unique request.
We believe that children know best what interests them, so we encourage families to let their child determine which type of activity they'd like to try. Whether it's karate, ice-skatng, dance, photography or piano lessons, we believe that early exposure to new activity will help your child blossom before youreys! If they decide after a term or ayear that it is not their passion, you have still helped them to grow, learn, and become a more well-rounded individual!
