What is the Foundation?
The Teresa Forbes Charitable Foundation is a charity on a mission to honour Teresa's life and give back to those in need. Teresa passed away peacefully on June 2, 2024, after a 13+ year battle with cancer. Teresa faced her cancer journey with relentless strength, a positive attitude and sheer determination to live. Throughout her life, Teresa helped others in difficult times, and encouraged everyone to pursue their dreams. The Teresa Forbes Charitable Foundation will continue Teresa's legacy, by providing support to those in need with the funds raised and earned. All funds are 100% donated to charity.
What does the Foundation Support?
The Teresa Forbes Charitable Foundation provides support to individuals facing major life challenges and in need of financial funding, whether because of a cancer diagnosis or those in need of educational or career advancement support. Teresa was an avid supporter of many cancer-related initiatives, she mentored many young professionals throughout her 40+ year career, and was always first in line to help those in need. Aligned with Teresa's life and character, the Foundation strives to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals it supports.
